The quick answer is no. However, we can accept a payment which may improve the insured customer’s status. Select Premium can request a reinstatement with the broker or MGA, but it’s ultimately their decision.
If you don’t already have an online account, please contact us to give you access to our online tool Simply login, search for your customer’s account, click the Policies/End. tab. You’ll see a summary of all policies, amounts and dates of funding.
Our system is real-time and reflects any payments made. Login, search for the insured’s account. Open the drop-down box click on View Payment History and Schedule. This gives you the account status and any future payments and dates.

You bet! Simply login, click Accounts, search for and click on an insured customer's account. Click on the drop-down box and select Make Payment. You’ll need either the insured customer's or agency’s routing number, bank account number, and bank name. It's that easy.
Login, click Accounts, search for and click on an insured customer's account. Click on the drop-down box and select Add AP Endorsement. This allows you to get a new quote. Once complete, your insured customer will receive new numbers, a coupon booklet and invoice in the mail.
Login and click Quotes, then Find Quotes. Your agency name appears in the drop-down box on the blue bar in the top right. Click Find. This displays your older quotes. Once activated each quote receives an account number.
